Shipping Conditions

Delivery areas: We ship within Italy and the European Union. We also ship to selected countries outside the EU (e.g. the USA and Canada).

Shipping method: Shipping is carried out via regular postal service with Poste Italiane. Shipments are sent without tracking and without delivery confirmation.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are generally €3 within Italy, €7 within the European Union and €12 for countries outside the EU. These prices apply to standard shipments. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight of the shipment and the destination country. The final shipping cost may vary depending on format, weight and destination and will be shown during the checkout process.

Production time: All our products are handmade one-of-a-kind pieces. Production time is usually up to 5 business days, but may vary depending on order volume.

Delivery times: Delivery time (after dispatch) is approximately 3 business days within Italy and approximately 6 business days within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, the delivery time cannot be precisely determined and may vary significantly depending on the destination country. All delivery times are non-binding estimates and depend exclusively on the postal service and the destination country.

Liability and risk: Shipping is at the buyer’s risk. As soon as we can prove that the shipment has been handed over to the post office (e.g. by a receipt or proof of posting), the goods are considered properly dispatched. From this point on, the buyer bears the risk of loss or damage to the shipment. No refund or replacement will be issued for lost shipments.

Acceptance of shipping conditions: By completing an order in the Studio Fé Art online shop, the customer expressly agrees to these shipping conditions.
